Vision Analytics [4+yrs]

Job summary : Looking for a highly skilled and dedicated IoT Edge and Video Analytics Architect/experts/engineers.Prior experience in Design and implementation of systems that utilize smart sensors, cameras, and connecteddevices to monitor customer movements , queue management and other store analytics in real time.Responsibilities :1. Designing and implementing systems that utilize smart sensors, cameras, and connected devices to monitorcustomer movements in real time.2. Analyzing data to make instant decisions for improving queue management, such as opening additional countersor suggesting customers join an alternate queue.3. Training staff to effectively use the technology and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.4. Integrating with existing systems like digital signage or staff notification systems for automated responses.5. Monitoring and optimizing staff placement and service counters based on visual maps created by the system.6. Providing customer insights to refine operations and offer personalized experiences.This role requires a deep understanding of IoT technology, data analysis, and the ability to work collaborativelywith other teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Technical Skills1. Proven experience as an IoT Edge Analytics with Python and C, C++.2. Proficient in video analytics, computer vision libraries such as OpenCV and experience in Tensorflow or Pytorchwith proven experience in building   new ML models and fine tuning for the use cases like Queue analytics and other Retail use cases.3. Experience with image recognition and tracking.4. Validate output by identify false positives, false negatives, and edge cases  5. AWS cloud practitioner able to Support edge + cloud deployments and build scalable ML
