Vision Applications Consultant

Are you technically curious, enjoy solving problems, and like the idea of working directly with customers?We’re looking for a Vision Applications Consultant to join our international team at VS Technology Europe.About the Role In this hands-on technical role, you’ll work closely with customers, Sales, and our global technical teams to understand application requirements, test solutions, and provide technical guidance across machine vision lighting and accessories.Whether you already have experience in automation or machine vision, or you’re a recent Engineering or Science graduate looking to start your career, we’d love to hear from you.The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and turning application requirements into effective machine vision solutions.What you’ll be doing Provide technical and application support to customers across Europe and India.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.Conduct in-house application testing to evaluate, demonstrate, and validate proposed solutions.Work alongside Sales during customer meetings and technical discussions.Take ownership of our technical test room and equipment.Collaborate with our global technical teams on complex enquiries and customised solutions.Deliver technical training and share knowledge with colleagues.Support exhibitions, customer events, and university activities.Contribute technical knowledge to marketing content and product demonstrations.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is technically curious, motivated to learn, and comfortable working with both people and technology.
