This is a fixed-term position for three consecutive academic years. Preferred applicants will demonstrate a strong commitment toteaching of graduate Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology courses as well as undergraduate courses both in-person and online. The department seeks a strong scholar who can add to the diversity of research interests among our faculty and contribute to our collegial and student-focuseddepartment. ABD candidates will be considered, but the doctorate is required by the contract start date in August 2027. Evidence of, or potential for, successful graduate and undergraduate teaching and high-quality research is also required.Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to teach graduate courses in Organizational Psychology, Work Attitudes, and Organizational Development; actual course assignments may vary depending on departmental needs and mayinclude Personnel Psychology and Employee Selection, among others.
• Ability to teach undergraduate courses in Statistics, Research Methods, and I-O Psychology;actual course assignments may vary depending on departmental needs and may include Social Psychology and Leadership in Organizations, among others.
• Ability to teach online courses.
• Demonstrated interest in teaching and working with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Interest in engaging students in research and experiential learning.
• Evidence of peer-reviewed scholarship.
• Commitment to professional development via student engagement and supporting departmental needs.
