This industry-oriented approach enables students to tackle real-world challenges with confidence, wisdom, and courage.Role Description The Visiting Faculty – Consumer Behaviour will design and deliver engaging, practice-oriented courses in consumer behaviour for management students. Responsibilities include preparing and teaching lectures, case studies, and interactive sessions; developing syllabi, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry trends; and providing academic guidance and mentoring to students. The faculty member will be expected to incorporate current research, market insights, and real-world examples into classroom discussions, and collaborate with the academic team to ensure curriculum relevance and quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular presence on campus for teaching, student engagement, and participation in academic meetings and events.QualificationsStrong foundation in Consumer Behaviour, Marketing, and related management disciplines, with the ability to connect theory to real-world business contexts.Demonstrated teaching, lecturing, or training experience at the postgraduate or undergraduate level, preferably in business or management schools.Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and assessment development for academic or professional programs.Research orientation in areas such as consumer psychology, market research, customer insights, or behavioral economics would be beneficial.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.Master’s degree or higher in Management, Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, or a related field; a doctoral degree or industry experience in marketing and consumer insights is an advantage.Ability to collaborate with faculty and industry professionals, contribute to academic initiatives, and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices.Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing course schedules, grading timelines, and student support activities.
