As one of the UAE's leading higher education institutions, we provide a dynamic learning environment that empowers both students and faculty to excel through quality education, industry engagement, research, and meaningful community engagement.We are currently seeking highly qualified and passionate candidates for the position of:**Visiting Faculty****College of Media****Qualifications & Requirements**Applicants should meet the following criteria:* PhD in **Media Communication** from a recognized university.**UAE Ministry of Higher Education (MOHESR) Equivalency for the PhD degree is mandatory.*** Minimum **5–7 years of university-level teaching experience**.* Strong expertise in teaching:**Digital Media & Advertising** **Mass Communication*** Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver knowledge effectively and engage students in an interactive learning environment.* Demonstrated ability to support students, address their academic needs and inquiries, and provide high-quality academic guidance.* A strong research profile with **at least 5–7 published research papers** in reputable peer-reviewed journals.* Proven record of active participation in **Community Service**, including outreach initiatives, professional engagement, community partnerships, or university service activities.* Ability to contribute to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, and departmental initiatives.* Commitment to academic excellence, professional ethics, continuous learning, and student success.**Additional Requirements*** Candidates currently employed in the UAE must be able to provide a valid **No Objection Certificate (NOC)** from their current employer, if required.* Holding the academic rank of **Associate Professor** is considered a strong advantage.**What We Are Looking For**We are seeking an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about teaching, research, and community engagement.
