The Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Psychology will deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials to undergraduate students, with a focus on both core and specialized areas of psychology. The Visiting Lecturer is expected to engage in scholarly work or research, stay current with developments in the discipline, and uphold the academic standards of the institution.Subjects and QualificationsBiological PsychologyBSc/ Master’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Neuropsychology, Biological Psychology or a closely related discipline. Candidates with an MBBS or a relevant doctoral qualification may also apply. Previous university-level teaching experience is preferred.Current Issues in NeuroscienceMaster’s degree in Neuroscience, Neuropsychology, Biological Psychology, Medicine or a closely related discipline. Candidates with an MBBS, PhD or active research experience in neuroscience will be given preference. Previous university-level teaching experience is desirable.Research SupervisionMaster’s degree in Psychology or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience in psychological research. Candidates should have a strong understanding of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods, research ethics, data analysis and academic writing. Previous experience supervising undergraduate research projects or dissertations is preferred.
