Visitor Experience Associate - Park Operations (Immediate Joiners)

Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure seamless, world-class guest experiencesManage, coach, and motivate frontline teams to perform at their bestMonitor service quality standards and resolve operational issues on the spotDrive compliance with health, safety, and operational protocolsOwn staff scheduling, shift planning, and resource allocationHandle guest escalations with professionalism and a solutions-first mindsetDeliver regular team briefings, training, and performance coachingTrack and report on key operational KPIsCollaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, F&B, security, and guest services.Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development.Contribute to SOP development and continuous process improvement.Required Qualifications:Proven supervisory experience in operations, theme parks, or guest experience/hospitality.A track record of leading teams in high-footfall, dynamic environments.Strong communication, coaching, and people-management skills.A calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
