Apply & track with Apply EdgeKey ResponsibilitiesCreate and adapt visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including reports, data-driven infographics, web, social, and paid media.Take assignments from creative brief through final production, translating business objectives and content into clear, compelling visual design.Support projects already in development, working within established creative direction, templates, timelines, and approval processes.Partner with marketing, content, digital, and creative teams to understand requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver work on schedule.Apply brand standards consistently while maintaining strong typography, layout, hierarchy, imagery, and visual storytelling.Prepare production-ready files and create versions or resizes for different audiences, regions, channels, and formats.Incorporate stakeholder, editorial, and compliance feedback accurately and efficiently while maintaining version control through final approval.Conduct quality-control checks for accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and technical specifications before release.Organize working files, linked assets, fonts, and final deliverables for easy access and team collaboration.Support motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia assets when needed and aligned with experience.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.3+ years of professional design experience within an in-house creative team, agency, or similarly deadline-driven environment.Experience supporting financial services, asset management, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design across long-form content and digital marketing assets.Experience creating data-driven infographics is preferred.SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint.Strong understanding of typography, layout, information hierarchy, image selection, and visual storytelling.Experience using generative AI tools and effective prompting to create original, brand-appropriate imagery and visual concepts.Experience designing long-form reports, charts, infographics, and campaign assets within established brand systems.Ability to interpret creative briefs, ask focused questions, and translate feedback into accurate revisions.Strong attention to detail, file organization, version control, and production discipline.Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent assignments, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly about status, dependencies, and risks.Collaborative and flexible working style with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting financial services, asset management, or another highly regulated industry.Familiarity with accessibility considerations for digital and document design.Experience with motion graphics and video editing in Premiere Pro.Experience adapting global creative across regions, audiences, and channels.Comfort working within established project-management, review, and approval workflows.The pay range for this position is 42-45/hr.
