The owner-managed, international company sells fashion and lifestyle products worldwide.Visual Mechandiser Retail (f/m/d), Giorgio ArmaniPosition based in Munich Full-timeYour responsibilities:Implementation and maintaining our Giorgio Armani visual merchandising standards in assigned stores to ensure an engaging Armani shopping experienceDesigning and customizing store layouts based on seasonal needsTraining and supporting store associates on visual presentation techniques and standardsPlanning and execution of visual merchandising projects, including new store openings, store remodels, and special sales eventsWorking closely with the Headquaters in Munich and Milan as well as the sales team to ensure that the visual concepts are in line with the brand guidelines and sales goalsProviding regular reports on the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and compliance with store standardsYour skills:A minimum of 3-5 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environmentCompleted education or training in visual marketing, interior design, or a related fieldCreativity, a strong aesthetic sense and a good understanding of brand identity and customer behavior distinguish youYou have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oralYou are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Organizational skills are your strenghtsYou are willing to travel.
