POSITION OBJECTIVEThe ideal candidate will be responsible for executing visual displays that enhance the shopping experience, drive sales, and align with brand standards. Candidate will play a key role in transforming store layouts and maintaining a visually appealing retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute visual merchandising strategies in-store based on seasonal themes, product promotions, and concept guidelines.Ensure all displays are aligned with brand identity and updated regularly to reflect new product arrivals or changes in inventory.Collaborate with the store and regional teams to implement promotional and marketing campaigns visually.Conduct regular floor walks to assess visual standards and make improvements as needed.Monitor and analyze product placement effectiveness to optimize store layout and increase sales.Train and guide in-store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor visual practices, and emerging visual merchandising tools.Skills and CapabilitiesStrong aesthetic sense with a keen eye for design, color, and styling.Good knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed.Physical ability to lift, move, and set up displays and fixtures.
