Visual Merchandiser

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor product displays and ensure consistent VM standards across all stores and kiosks.Plan and execute displays for new launches, campaigns and seasonal promotions.Develop product display units, glorifiers, testers and other VM elements from concept to installation.Manage retail-offer communication, including POSM, price cards and promotional signage.Monitor store TV screens and ensure that correct and updated content is displayed.Conduct regular store audits and coordinate corrective actions.Coordinate with Retail Operations, Marketing, Projects and external vendors.Maintain rollout trackers, store photographs and VM implementation reports.RequirementsDegree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Interior Design or Graphic Design.3–5 years of relevant visual merchandising experience.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D rendering software and presentation tools.Good understanding of retail displays, materials, production and vendor coordination.Willingness to travel for store visits and implementation.Experience in perfume, cosmetics, fashion or luxury retail is preferred.
