|| Urgent Hiring || Visual Merchandiser || Bengaluru ||Position: Visual MerchandiserLocation: BengaluruExperience: 3–5 YearsCTC: ₹5–6 LPA | Flexible up to ₹8 LPA for exceptional candidatesIndustry: Furniture / Home Décor / Lifestyle / Premium RetailJob Summarywe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to develop and execute visually appealing product displays and store experiences aligned with the brand’s premium aesthetic.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute visual merchandising and in-store displays.Create attractive product presentations, room settings and lifestyle displays.Develop seasonal, festive and promotional displays.Ensure consistent VM standards across stores.Coordinate with Store Operations, Marketing, Buying and Merchandising teams.Manage props, fixtures and display materials required for VM execution.Conduct regular store visits and ensure proper implementation of VM guidelines.Stay updated with retail, interior styling and visual merchandising trends.Support product styling for photoshoots, campaigns and digital platforms.Travel to Chennai and Hyderabad as required.Candidate Profile3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably from similar brands.Candidates from furniture, home décor, lifestyle, luxury or premium retail industries are preferred.Strong understanding of space planning, styling, colour coordination and product presentation.Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.Good communication and coordination skills.Portfolio of previous VM/store styling work will be an advantage.Working HoursMonday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PMAlternate Saturday: OffOther Saturdays: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
