(MADAME)Experience: 2–4 YearsDepartment: Visual MerchandisingRole OverviewWe are looking for a creative and result-oriented City Visual Merchandiser (VM) to manage and execute VMstandards across MADAME stores within the assigned city/region.Key Responsibilities• Implement and maintain MADAME VM guidelines and standards across stores.• Plan and execute window displays, store layouts, mannequins, fixtures, and product presentations.• Ensure effective product placement, colour blocking, and merchandise storytelling.• Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to ensure brand standards are followed.• Coordinate with store teams for new launches, campaigns, promotions, and seasonal VM changes.• Ensure timely implementation of VM directives and visual guidelines.• Identify VM gaps and provide corrective actions to improve store presentation.• Coordinate with the VM team for props, fixtures, signage, and display requirements.• Monitor competitor VM activities and share relevant market insights.• Maintain VM reports, store visit reports, and implementation updates.Candidate Profile• 2–4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising.• Experience in Fashion / Apparel / Retail is preferred.• Strong understanding of store layouts, window displays, mannequins, colour coordination, and productpresentation.• Good creative and visual sense with attention to detail.• Strong communication and coordination skills.• Willingness to travel across assigned stores.• Experience in managing multiple stores/city-level VM activities will be an advantage.About MADAMEMADAME, a brand of Jain Amar Clothing Pvt.
