Brand Presentation & ExecutionEnsure excellence and consistency in visual merchandising execution across wholesale accounts and franchised boutiques.Implement global visual merchandising guidelines while adapting to local business needs and retail environments.Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, exhibitions, pop-ups, and special brand activations.Oversee the installation of window displays, showcase presentations, product displays, and in-store branding elements.Conduct regular visual merchandising reviews and provide recommendations to enhance brand visibility and presentation standards.Maintain display inventory and manage pick-and-pack warehousePartner SupportServe as a key point of contact for wholesale partners and franchised boutiques regarding visual merchandising initiatives.Develop and provide merchandising guidelines, support, training, and best practices to ensure consistent brand representation.Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and implementation of visual merchandising materials and display assets.Conduct on-site visits as needed to evaluate and monitor that standards are being metEnsure monthly receipt of pictures from the field to evaluate and monitor quality of installationsFulfill all image requests such as duratrans, framed art, banners, in-mall advertising visuals etc. (excl. coop and institutional advertising).Work closely with Marketing, Retail, Wholesale, Events, and Global Visual Merchandising teams to align priorities, execution and budgetCollaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for improving customer experience through visual presentation.Adhere strictly to the Visual Merchandising Budget for each individual territoryStore Design Planning & Project ManagementSupport point-of-sale openings, renovations, relocations, and special projects in close coordination with Director of Finance and Operations.Manage project timelines, budgets, installations, and vendor coordination to ensure on-time delivery.Partner with architects, Retail, and Marketing teams on boutique layouts, design, and construction.Manage relationships with architects, contractors, millworkers, and other key vendors.Lead maintenance, repair, and improvement projects across the network.Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors including freelance artists, printers, custom display company, warehouses, general contractors, architects, millworkers and other vendorsSupport for events:Support event teams on site when neededPresence to coordinate locallyOther related activitiesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES☒This position has no supervisory responsibilities☐Provides work direction only☐Provides work direction and gives input on hiring, promotions, transfers, performance management, discipline and termination☐Provides work direction plus has responsibility for hiring, promotions, transfers, performance management, discipline and termination WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENTRequires working in a normal business office environmentFlexibility to be able to work off-hours and weekends as it relates to installs and eventsThe noise level in the office is moderateThe job requires extended periods of sitting (50% for computer and business travels) and standing (50%, especially during an installation or walk through while carrying out the normal daily activitiesMay lift and/or move up to 50 pounds of displaysAble to travel extensively throughout the Western Hemisphere (50-60%)QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree preferably in: Business Administration, Marketing, Interior design, Visual/ Fashion Merchandising.EXPERIENCE:At least 3 years of experience in the field of visual merchandising and/or related field and overseeing construction are requiredPrevious experience with luxury productsProficient with Microsoft Office; proficient in Power PointFluent in English and Spanish a MUSTPERSONAL SKILLS: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multipleconcurrent tasksFluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal, requiredAbility to prioritize and plan work activitiesAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressurePro-active and dynamicStrong written communication skills for partner-facing correspondenceService-mindedTeam player
