Visual Merchandiser

Indian Silk House Agencies is a heritage saree and ethnic-wear retail brand (est. 1971) with 70+ stores across India, recently named ET Retailer of the Year – East 2026. As we expand nationally, we're looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to own how our stores look, feel, and sell.What you'll own:Implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards across stores: window displays, mannequin styling, fixture and shelf presentation, and saree displayPlanning and executing seasonal, festive, and campaign-led displaysSupporting new store openings, setting up the floor, fixtures, and display from day oneCoordinating with the merchandising team to make sure the right stock is displayed and replenishedMonitoring fast and slow movers and adjusting displays to lift sell-throughTraining store teams on VM guidelines and auditing stores for brand-standard compliancePlanning and executing exhibitions and pop-up eventsReporting store VM compliance and display performance to regional/senior managementOwn VM planning and execution across multiple region's, not just a single storeWhat we're looking for:5+ years as a dedicated Visual Merchandiser (or VM Executive/Senior VM) in fashion or apparel retail. Experience with a recognized fashion retail brand; ethnic wear or saree experience is a strong plusStrong eye for styling, color, and product presentation, with working knowledge of fabrics and drapingExperience handling store openings, festive/seasonal changeovers, or exhibitionsAbility to guide and train store teams and work to brand guidelinesBased in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR
