Visual MerchandiserCreate experiences. Elevate displays. Bring brands to life.We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join a leading luxury perfume brand in Kuwait. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional visual presentation across retail locations, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering an elevated in-store customer experience across local and international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, planograms, and display standards across retail locations.Execute product displays, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches in line with brand guidelines.Conduct regular store visits and visual merchandising audits to ensure consistency and compliance.Ensure effective product placement, display hierarchy, and space utilization.Coordinate with Retail Operations, Marketing, Commercial, and Design teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation.Support new store openings, renovations, and retail projects by ensuring visual merchandising requirements are met.Provide guidance and support to store teams on visual merchandising standards and execution.Monitor retail trends and competitor displays to identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure consistent brand presentation across GCC and international markets.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or Brand Presentation.Experience in luxury, premium, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle retail is highly preferred.Proven experience managing visual merchandising across multiple stores or markets.Strong understanding of retail displays, customer experience, product presentation, and commercial priorities.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.Willingness to travel across markets when required.📍 Location: KuwaitIf you have a strong creative eye, a passion for premium retail experiences, and the ability to translate brand identity into impactful in-store presentations, we would love to hear from you.📩 Interested candidates are invited to apply by submitting their CV.
