SALARY : 4000-5000 AED Role Description The Visual Merchandiser – Furniture & Home Decor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position is responsible for planning and executing in-store visual concepts, including furniture layouts, home decor styling, and window displays that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include refreshing showroom setups, coordinating seasonal and promotional themes, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring products are presented in an inviting and functional way. The role involves working closely with retail, sales, and customer service teams to align merchandising with business objectives and customer needs. The Visual Merchandiser will also monitor store traffic and customer behavior to adjust displays for maximum engagement and performance.QualificationsStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with retail, sales, and management teams.Experience in retail environments with a focus on furniture, home decor, or lifestyle products.Customer service and sales skills to support in-store interactions and contribute to revenue growth.Proficiency in creating impactful window displays and in-store visual presentations.Demonstrated sense of interior styling, color, and spatial design; knowledge of merchandising principles.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage physical tasks related to display setup, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills; familiarity with visual merchandising tools or design software is an advantage.Prior experience as a visual merchandiser or in a similar role; diploma or degree in design, visual merchandising, or related field is preferred.
