Visual Merchandiser (Store Based) / Luxury Fashion Brand

About the RoleWe are looking for an In-Store Visual Merchandiser to support the overall visual presentation and brand image of a luxury retail store. The role will be responsible for maintaining high visual standards across the store, implementing seasonal and product changes, and ensuring the presentation remains aligned with the company's visual guidelines.Working closely with the Store Management and retail teams, you will use visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience, support commercial objectives and ensure the store consistently reflects a premium retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Merchandising & Store PresentationPlan and execute regular visual merchandising updates, product rotations and store zoning across different product categories.Ensure merchandise is presented according to established visual guidelines, with attention to product placement, styling, lighting and overall presentation.Coordinate product movements and visual changes, including preparation of merchandise in the back-of-house and updating relevant inventory or store systems.Support the implementation of seasonal launches, new collections, campaigns and special in-store activations.Work closely with Store Management and category teams to identify key products and ensure they are effectively presented within the store.Provide visual and photographic feedback following major merchandising updates and rotations.Recommend suitable product alternatives when required due to stock availability.Window & Campaign ExecutionCoordinate window displays and product changes in line with seasonal and campaign requirements.Work with internal teams and external suppliers where required to support window installation and visual merchandising projects.Assist with the execution of visual concepts for events, launches and other special retail initiatives.Store Maintenance & StandardsConduct regular checks of the store environment to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.Ensure lighting, fixtures, furniture, props and other visual elements are in good condition and properly presented.Coordinate the replenishment or replacement of visual merchandising materials, props and equipment when necessary.Proactively identify areas for improvement and ensure visual issues are addressed promptly.Business & Team CollaborationPartner closely with Store Managers, Team Managers and retail teams to understand business priorities, sales trends, product launches and upcoming activities.Work collaboratively with retail teams to ensure visual merchandising supports both customer experience and commercial objectives.Keep up to date with fashion, luxury retail and visual merchandising trends, including competitor activities and best practices.Be a strong visual merchandising ambassador within the store and encourage consistent standards across the retail team.Working HoursThis position follows retail operating hours and requires flexibility in working schedules based on business needs.The role may occasionally require early starts or late finishes to support store setup, product rotations, visual merchandising changes, events or other operational requirements.Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required, is expected.RequirementsPrevious experience in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion retail.Strong eye for detail with a good understanding of visual presentation, styling and store aesthetics.Good knowledge and interest in fashion, luxury retail and current visual merchandising trends.Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.Comfortable working flexible retail hours based on business requirements.Professional appearance and a strong customer-focused mindset.Registration No: R1875146EA License No: 22C1376
