Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleReef Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Officer to support the execution of visual merchandising standards across stores and retail locations.The role will be responsible for ensuring that product displays, store presentation, promotional setups, and merchandising guidelines are implemented consistently and effectively to enhance the customer experience and support commercial objectives.The ideal candidate should have strong visual sense, good understanding of retail environments, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into attractive and commercially effective in-store displays.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement visual merchandising guidelines across stores and retail locations.Ensure product displays, fixtures, signage, and promotional materials are aligned with brand standards.Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and special retail activations.Conduct regular store visits to review visual standards and identify improvement opportunities.Coordinate with Retail Operations, Marketing, Brand, Store Managers, and other relevant teams.Support window displays, in-store layouts, product placement, and promotional zones.Ensure consistency of visual presentation across different branches.Monitor competitor stores, retail trends, and visual merchandising practices.Provide feedback and recommendations to improve store appearance and customer journey.Support the preparation and distribution of visual merchandising guidelines and implementation instructions.Follow up with stores on corrective actions and visual compliance.Assist with new store openings, renovations, and merchandising setup when required.Maintain visual merchandising materials, displays, and related assets.Prepare reports and store visit feedback related to visual merchandising performance.Required QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, Store Design, or a related field.Experience within retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, cosmetics, or consumer goods is highly preferred.Strong understanding of product presentation, store layout, visual standards, and customer experience.Good creative sense with strong attention to detail.Ability to interpret and implement brand and visual merchandising guidelines.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to travel between stores and conduct regular field visits.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with design tools is an advantage.Strong Arabic and English communication skills.Why Join Us?Join Reef Group during an exciting stage of continued retail growth and expansion.
