Visual Project Manager (Fashion & E-commerce)Location: Los Angeles, CAEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Visual Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of visual content production for our brand. This role will be responsible for managing creative projects from briefing through final delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.As a key partner to the Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams, you will act as the central point of coordination across internal stakeholders and external production partners, helping bring brand campaigns and product storytelling to life.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project ManagementManage the full lifecycle of visual content production projects, including campaign shoots, e-commerce photography, video production, and seasonal content creation.Translate creative briefs into actionable project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Develop and maintain production schedules to support fast-paced product launches and marketing initiatives.Track project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps.Production Planning & ExecutionCoordinate all aspects of photo and video shoots, including scheduling, logistics, talent booking, location management, and asset delivery.Ensure smooth communication between creative teams, production partners, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee asset review, approval, and delivery processes to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.Help establish scalable workflows and production processes to improve efficiency and consistency.Budget & Resource ManagementManage project budgets, production costs, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.Monitor spending and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.Balance competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and creative quality.Vendor & Partner ManagementSource, evaluate, and manage external creative partners, including photographers, videographers, stylists, talent agencies, production houses, and freelancers.Negotiate project scopes, schedules, and deliverables with external vendors.Build and maintain a trusted network of production partners to support the brand’s growing content needs.Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the key liaison between Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams.Ensure business objectives, creative expectations, and project requirements are clearly communicated and aligned.Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder reviews to maintain transparency and accountability.Act as both a problem-solver and gatekeeper to ensure project scope, quality, and timelines remain on track.QualificationsRequired Experience4-6+ years of project management experience within creative agencies, advertising, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.Proven experience managing photography and video production projects from planning through final delivery.Strong understanding of visual content production workflows, including campaign shoots, e-commerce photography, and post-production processes.Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Core CompetenciesExceptional project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Strong timeline management and budget tracking capabilities.Experience managing external vendors, production partners, and freelance creative talent.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or DTC/e-commerce brands.Familiarity with content production calendars and seasonal product launch cycles.Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.Knowledge of creative operations, digital asset management, and content workflow optimization.Tools & SystemsProficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms.Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is a plus.Experience using Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is preferred.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing brand with ambitious creative and business goals.Work closely with talented creative, marketing, and business teams.High visibility and impact across brand and commercial initiatives.Opportunity to help build scalable content production operations and best practices.Ready to bring world-class visual content projects to life?
