Koncept Machining Solution is committed to redefining industry standards and offering engineering services that emphasize quality, innovation, and long-term partnerships.Role Description The VMC / CNC Helper & Trainee is a full-time, on-site role located at our facility in Ahmedabad. This role supports experienced machinists in operating VMC and CNC machines, assisting with machine setup, basic loading and unloading of components, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The trainee helps in checking parts against specifications, handling tools and fixtures under supervision, and learning fundamental machining processes and shop practices. Daily tasks include following work instructions, supporting routine maintenance activities, documenting basic production information, and cooperating with team members to meet quality and productivity targets. The position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow their technical skills, and build a career in CNC machining.Qualifications Interest in CNC and VMC machining, with willingness to learn machine operation, tooling, and fixture handling under supervision.Basic understanding of mechanical concepts, engineering drawings, or technical measurements (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers) is preferred.Ability to follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to standard operating instructions.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to supporting senior machinists and production teams.Minimum educational background in ITI, diploma, or relevant vocational training in mechanical or production trades is an advantage; freshers are encouraged to apply.Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for shop-floor schedules.Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving mindset, with a continuous improvement and learning attitude.
