Voice Chat Room Operations（Content Room）

Responsibilities:1.Content Room Recruitment & ManagementIdentify and recruit high-quality content rooms both within and outside the platform. Maintain regular communication with room owners, monitor room activity, broadcasting performance, and content quality, and support room owners in continuously improving their operational performance.2.Content Room Operations & Event ExecutionManage the daily operations of content rooms. Assist in launching and following up on regular and seasonal events based on operational plans, including event communication, execution follow-up, data collection, performance review, and user feedback collection.3.User & Room Owner CommunicationHandle daily inquiries and messages from room owners and users, follow up on operational issues in a timely manner, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve problemsRequirements:Strong execution skills and sense of responsibility, with the ability to proactively follow up on tasks and provide timely progress updates;Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to independently organize, summarize, and analyze operational data;Detail-oriented, patient, and comfortable handling routine operational tasks, including data processing and responding to messages;Previous experience in social entertainment, live streaming, voice chat platforms, community operations, or related fields is preferred.
