• Define solution and enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective technology solutions.
• Develop high-level architecture designs covering applications, infrastructure, data, integration, security, and cloud platforms.
• Establish and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, and technology guidelines.
• Evaluate existing technology environments and identify opportunities for modernization and optimization.
• Design application and system architectures that support scalability, performance, availability, and maintainability.
• Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, solution blueprints, and decision documents.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical direction throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Assess technology options, platforms, products, and services based on business and technical requirements.
• Design integration solutions using APIs, messaging platforms, microservices, event-driven architectures, or other appropriate technologies.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to architectural standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and future technology needs.
• Work closely with cloud, infrastructure, security, data, networking, and application teams on end-to-end architecture.
• Develop cloud adoption and migration strategies across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Evaluate solution security, data protection, identity management, compliance, and technology risks.
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies, technical debt, and potential scalability constraints.
• Recommend technology improvements that reduce operational complexity and improve business agility.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations for emerging technologies and architecture patterns.
• Establish technology governance and ensure projects comply with approved enterprise architecture standards.
• Review technical proposals, solution designs, vendor recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Support technology budgeting, capacity planning, licensing decisions, and total-cost-of-ownership analysis.
• Define non-functional requirements including performance, availability, reliability, scalability, security, and disaster recovery.
• Develop technology roadmaps and modernization plans for applications and enterprise platforms.
• Support major transformation initiatives including cloud migration, digital transformation, system modernization, and platform consolidation.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers, engineers, developers, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, software architecture, infrastructure, or technology consulting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and governance.
• Proven experience designing complex, large-scale technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, databases, networking, and infrastructure.
• Hands-on understanding of cloud architecture across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and modern application platforms.
• Strong knowledge of security architecture, identity and access management, encryption, and compliance principles.
• Experience developing architecture diagrams and technical documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with enterprise integration technologies, API management, messaging, and middleware solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to assess complex technical challenges and develop practical architectural solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams and organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of technology governance, risk management, and architecture review processes.
• Experience managing technology vendors, consulting partners, and solution providers is an advantage.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of technology cost optimization.
• Ability to balance business requirements, technical constraints, security considerations, and delivery timelines.
