Our Al-Khobar office serves as our regional HQ for R&D and primary business hub for KSA and the MEA region. Central to this mission is relocating our Center for Cognitive Intelligence (Eydraak) to KSA—making the Kingdom the engine of our global innovation and our Global Sovereign AI Execution Hub.Role OverviewThe VP & Country Business Leader (KSA & MEA) is the foundational market architect of TelcoBrain’s Saudi expansion and regional growth. This senior executive role acts as the primary in-Kingdom leader and strategic bridge between our global engineering centers and the Saudi/regional industrial landscape.You will lead market execution, revenue origination, and national engagement while working directly in the Founder’s Office. You are responsible for unlocking strategic opportunities across Tier-1 Telcos, PIF Giga-projects, Cloud/AI Infrastructure Providers, and Industrial Enterprises (Energy, Manufacturing, Utilities, and Transportation), while influencing our global product and sales positioning to meet national and regional imperatives.TelcoBrain Technologies Inc. - Executive Relationship Building: Build and maintain C-level relationships across Tier-1 Telcos, Industrial Enterprises, Giga-projects, and Hyperscalers.
- Commercial Execution: Originate, shape, and close complex, multi-year consultative sales opportunities pre-procurement, leading accounts to long-term revenue milestones.2. National Engagement & Government Relations
- Executive Representation & Ecosystem Collaboration: Act as TelcoBrain's "Founding-tier" ambassador to ministries, authorities, System Integrators, and Academia in KSA and the MEA region.
- Sovereignty & Compliance Leadership: Direct licensing enablement, local regulatory frameworks, and national content compliance.3. Cross-Functional Lifecycle & Product Influence
- Global Team Alignment: Work closely at a hands-on level with the CPTO, COO, VP of Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams across the entire project lifecycle.
- Product Voice: Translate Saudi and regional market requirements into actionable product features, ensuring our platforms are localized for high-impact industrial and sovereign use cases.4. Organizational Building & Operational Setup
- Acting Operational Lead: Establish foundational workflows for Bid Management and Public Sector Relations during initial setup, later transitioning these to dedicated team hires.
- Talent Anchor: Partner with leadership to hire and mentor core technical leadership and local operational leads for the Al-Khobar hub.Candidate Profile
- Experience & Seniority: Proven executive leadership track record in technology, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, or management consulting within KSA and the wider MEA region.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex public sector procurement, giga-project frameworks, and enterprise deal origination in KSA.
- Regulatory & Market Mastery: Deep understanding of KSA commercial environments, compliance frameworks, and local government engagement.
- Domain Fluency: Strong commercial understanding of AI infrastructure, enterprise cloud, autonomous networks, or complex deep-tech solutions.
- Mindset: "Founder-minded" operator capable of balancing high-level regional strategy with hands-on operational setup and local execution.
- Languages: Native Arabic fluency and Business Fluent English.
- Travel: Mobility across the Kingdom, MEA region, and international development centers in Europe and the United States.
