VP, Change Management - AI Integration & Enablement

We’re hiring: VP, Change Management – AI Integration & EnablementEdinburgh, UK Hybrid | 4 days on site per weekFull-time | Senior individual contributorWe’re looking for an experienced change and adoption professional to join a Fintech company, helping employees integrate AI and new digital technologies into their everyday work.This role combines enterprise AI adoption, employee enablement and broader change management across Digital Workplace initiatives.What you’ll do:

• Shape AI adoption strategies, identify priority use cases and define measures of success.
• Advise senior leaders on adoption barriers, investment priorities and responsible AI usage.
• Develop practical learning content, demonstrations, toolkits and role-based adoption journeys.
• Support change planning and delivery across Digital Workplace programmes.
• Use employee feedback and usage data to improve engagement and sustained adoption.
• Work with Technology, Product, HR, Learning, Communications, Risk and Compliance teams to deliver measurable business value.What we’re looking for:
• 7–10+ years of experience leading enterprise adoption, change management, digital transformation, product enablement, learning or employee engagement.
• A track record of helping employees adopt new technologies at scale.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AI and responsible use.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working across global teams.
• Strong analytical, programme and project management skills, alongside advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
