The Vice President of Data & Analytics is the enterprise leader responsible for building and operating the data ecosystem that fuels clinical quality, operational efficiency, financial integrity, and value-based care performance across a multi-clinic Medicare organization. This leader owns the enterprise data platform, data architecture, pipelines, governance, analytics, and advanced insights that enable clinicians, operators, and executives to make informed, real-time decisions.The VP partners closely with Clinical Systems, Revenue & Enterprise Systems, Digital, Population Health, Quality, Finance, and Operations to ensure data is accurate, trusted, interoperable, and actionable. This role drives innovation through modern data stack evolution, AI/ML, automation, and reusable data products that support risk adjustment, gaps in care closure, care management, and whole person care. They ensure the organization has the insights needed to improve outcomes, reduce cost, and excel in value-based careKey ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise data strategy, governance, architecture, and analytics.Own cloud data platforms, data warehouses, FHIR environments, and modern data pipelines.Deliver reporting, dashboards, predictive analytics, and self-service BI solutions.Drive value-based care analytics including RAF, HCC, quality measures, and population health insights.Partner across clinical, digital, finance, operations, and technology teams.Advance AI/ML, automation, interoperability, and real-time analytics capabilities.Required Qualifications12+ years of leadership experience in healthcare data, analytics, or data engineering.Deep Snowflake expertise including architecture, optimization, governance, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and data sharing.Experience building cloud-native data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Strong background with ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Matillion, Fivetran, or Informatica.Experience integrating EMR/EHR, RCM, ERP, HRIS, and third-party healthcare data sources.Proven success supporting Medicare Advantage, value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and enterprise reporting.Expertise in data governance, data quality, MDM, interoperability (HL7/FHIR), and healthcare compliance.Experience leveraging AI/ML and advanced analytics to improve business and clinical outcomes.PreferredSnowflake, cloud, or data engineering certifications.This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape the future of healthcare data, analytics, and value-based care at enterprise scale. This is a fulltime, remote (EST) role, with salary range from $200k-$240k/year + benefits.
