Lanesra is especially focused on the Web3 ecosystem, where AI models often lag behind rapid launches and struggle to distinguish between similar tokens and protocols. Clients and agencies use Lanesra to audit AI descriptions, refine narratives, and access multi-client dashboards that support compelling pitches and measurable retainers. By extending the concept of SEO from ranking to AI recommendation, Lanesra enables organizations to optimize their presence in the emerging AI search landscape.Role Description The VP Engineering will lead Lanesra’s engineering organization, setting technical direction and ensuring the scalable, reliable delivery of our analytics platform. This full-time hybrid role is based in Warsaw, with a mix of in-office collaboration and flexible work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software development projects, partnering with product leadership to shape the roadmap, and driving high-quality execution across the engineering team. The VP Engineering will establish best practices in architecture, security, and performance, mentor engineering leaders and individual contributors, and build a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement. The role also involves close collaboration with founders, product, data, and go-to-market teams to align engineering outcomes with business goals and customer needs.QualificationsHands-on in Software and Product Development, ideally in SaaS, data/analytics, or AI-related products.Demonstrated strength in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, including building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.Proficiency in Project Management, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.Ability to define and drive technical strategy, architecture, and standards for cloud-based platforms.Experience working in fast-paced startup environments and collaborating closely with product and commercial leadership.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into clear business impact.Background in data, AI/ML, search, or Web3 technologies is highly beneficial.
