VP Financial Education

Role Description The VP Financial Education is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of IIAFE’s financial education programs. This role oversees curriculum development for finance, accounting, and related subjects, ensuring that content is practical, up-to-date, and aligned with learner needs and industry standards. The VP will collaborate with educators, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to create engaging courses and learning pathways, and will guide strategic initiatives to expand and enhance IIAFE’s educational offerings globally. Day-to-day tasks include setting program goals, monitoring learning outcomes, managing budgets for educational projects, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to support partnerships and learner success.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Curriculum Development and Education skills for designing and managing effective learning programs.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams, learners, and external partners.Candidates should possess Strategic Planning and Budgeting skills to guide program growth and manage resources responsibly.Candidates should possess leadership and team management abilities to oversee educators, content creators, and project teams.Candidates should possess experience in finance, accounting, or financial education, ideally supported by relevant professional certifications.Candidates should possess proficiency with digital learning platforms and data-driven program evaluation tools.Advanced degree in education, finance, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred.
