VP – Financial Risk Transformation & IntegrationAre you currently working within Market Risk or Credit Risk and looking to use your technical expertise in a broader, more strategic role?We are seeking a Financial Risk professional to lead Risk workstreams across major transformation, acquisition integration and strategic change programmes within a capital markets environment.You will move away from day-to-day risk calculations while using your technical knowledge to:Integrate new businesses into the wider Risk frameworkDesign and implement target operating modelsTranslate risk requirements into effective frameworks, controls, governance and reportingAssess whether controls are operating effectivelyDevelop metrics to measure whether integrations have been successfully embeddedYou must have:Direct experience working within Market Risk or Credit RiskStrong capital markets and financial products knowledgeExperience supporting large-scale change or integration programmesA broad understanding of market, counterparty, liquidity, model and operational riskStrong stakeholder management and delivery skillsThis is not a traditional Project Manager position.
