VP – Information Technology (Innovation & Transformation)

1. Technology Strategy & LeadershipLead the development of IT strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmap. Drive adoption of modern platforms Cloud, API-first, microservices, DevSecOps and manage budgeting, resources, and vendor ecosystem.2. Software Development ManagementOversee all in-house development including mobile apps, web systems, backend services, and internal tools. Establish engineering best practices and guide development teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.3. Cybersecurity & IT RiskDefine security strategy and enforce policies across systems and infrastructure. Oversee SOC, vulnerability management, incident response, and ensure compliance with PDPA, ISO27001, and regulatory standards. Implement Zero Trust and robust identity & access control.4. Enterprise Data ManagementBuild enterprise data architecture (Data Lake, DWH, MDM). Lead data governance, data quality frameworks, and ensure strong data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to support analytics and AI initiatives.5. AI, Automation & Digital InnovationCollaborate with CAIO and AI teams to integrate AI/ML models into business processes. Promote RPA, workflow automation, and AI assistants. Evaluate emerging technologies and scale innovation pilots across business units.6. IT Operations & InfrastructureOversee cloud infrastructure, networks, servers, and internal systems. Ensure system uptime, performance, and disaster recovery readiness. Enhance IT service management (ITIL, helpdesk, incident/problem management).Qualifications· Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Computer Engineering, or related field.· Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT, Technology, Digital Transformation, or related roles, including leadership experience.· Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology, digital transformation, AI, data, or system modernization initiatives.
