VP - Journey Owner, Covered Cards & Home Finance

Key Responsibilities:Journey Strategy & Governance: Define and own the long-term vision, roadmap, and experience strategy for the assigned area of business. Act as the central authority for assessing and shaping any changes that impact customer experience across any channel—whether originating from business, risk, compliance, or operations. Develop journey frameworks, lifecycle maps, and cross-channel experience models that are synchronized across departments.Customer-Centric Design & Continuous Improvement: Embed feedback loops using behavioral data, market insights, and VOC (Voice of Customer) to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with CX, UI/UX, and Service Design teams to co-create visually intuitive, accessible, and emotionally resonant customer touchpoints. Establish experience guardrails in coordination with the engagement platform team. Roadmap Development: Help in develop and execute a comprehensive digital roadmap for Covered Cards & Home Finance business, aligning with overall business goals and objectives. Stay up to date with market trends, customer needs, and industry regulations to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Product Lifecycle Management: ensure end-to-end digital product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements gathering to product launch and ongoing optimization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.User Experience and Design: Champion user-centered design principles and ensure that our digital products deliver intuitive, seamless, and engaging experiences for our customers. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and functional interfaces that meet user needs and align with brand guidelines.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, including executives, business partners, and technology teams. Effectively communicate product strategies, updates, and performance metrics to gain alignment, gather feedback, and drive decision-making.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of digital products. Continuously monitor metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven optimizations.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, data privacy laws, and security standards. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary controls and safeguards within the digital products and processes.Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager. Work Experience:Minimum 8–10 years of experience in banking, financial services or related industry.Proven track record in digital product management, customer journey transformation, or cross-channel experience design in asset products.Prior exposure to agile delivery and CX-led design frameworks.Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.Master’s degree is a plus.
