You will work closely with senior leadership to define the organisation's marketing vision and translate market opportunities into impactful strategies.You will also play a key role in strengthening brand equity, driving innovation, and developing marketing capabilities across the organisation.The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit15+ years of progressive marketing experience within FMCG Proven senior leadership experience in leading marketing functions and shaping the overall marketing agendaStrong track record of building and growing brands within highly competitive FMCG marketsProven ability to lead change and bring fresh thinking to established brands and businessesDeep understanding of evolving consumer behaviour and the ability to translate insights into meaningful growth opportunitiesExperience building, leading, and developing high-performing marketing teamsStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisionsIn line with government Saudisation initiatives, the client is only considering Saudi Nationals for this role.
