VP of AI ProductsLocation: Dubai, UAEExperience: 10–15 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: AI / Technology / Enterprise SolutionsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and strategic VP of AI Products to lead the vision, development, and growth of AI-powered products for enterprise customers.The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in product leadership, with strong exposure to AI product development and enterprise technology environments. You should have a proven track record of taking AI products from concept to production and building solutions that address complex enterprise business requirements.This role will work closely with engineering, AI/ML, business, and enterprise stakeholders to define product strategy, drive execution, and ensure successful adoption of AI products at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the AI product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and continuous improvement.Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, Conversational AI, and AI Agents to enterprise use cases.Work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI products.Understand enterprise customer challenges and convert them into product requirements and solutions.Collaborate with CXOs, enterprise stakeholders, technology teams, and customers to drive product adoption.Define product KPIs, success metrics, and adoption strategies.Lead product prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution across multiple AI initiatives.Ensure AI products meet enterprise requirements around security, scalability, reliability, governance, and performance.Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for product innovation.Build and manage high-performing product teams and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and business teams.Drive enterprise pilots, POCs, product launches, and large-scale deployments.Communicate product vision, strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.Required Experience & Skills10–15 years of overall experience in product management/product leadership, technology, or related roles.Strong hands-on understanding of AI product development and AI technologies.Proven experience working with enterprise organizations and enterprise customers.Experience taking AI/technology products from concept to production and enterprise deployment.Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Machine Learning, NLP, and/or Conversational AI.Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, data, software architecture, and AI/ML development lifecycle.Experience working closely with engineering and AI/ML teams.Strong product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business-oriented product strategies.Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with senior enterprise stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience building or scaling B2B/Enterprise AI products.Experience with Voice AI, Conversational AI, AI Agents, or enterprise automation.Experience with cloud AI platforms and enterprise AI infrastructure.Previous experience working with Fortune 500, large enterprises, or global organizations.MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Computer Science, AI/ML, Business, or a related field is preferred.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a product leader, not just an AI technologist—someone who understands how to turn emerging AI capabilities into commercially viable, scalable, and enterprise-ready products.The ideal candidate combines strong AI knowledge, enterprise experience, product thinking, and leadership capability.Location: Dubai, UAEExperience: 10–15 Years
