VP of Data & AI | Fortune 500 Healthcare | RemoteMy client, a leading Fortune 500 healthcare provider, is seeking a VP of Data & AI to lead the strategy, growth and evolution of Data, Analytics and AI across a large, highly regulated healthcare environment.This is a highly visible executive leadership role responsible for scaling Data & AI capabilities, modernising enterprise data platforms and driving measurable impact across clinical, operational and business functions.You will work at the intersection of Data, AI, Technology and business strategy, shaping how data and intelligent technologies support better decision-making, operational performance and patient outcomes.What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the enterprise Data & AI strategy
• Build, scale and lead high-performing Data Engineering, Analytics and AI teams
• Drive adoption of AI, Generative AI and advanced analytics across the organisation
• Modernise and scale enterprise data platforms and cloud infrastructure
• Partner with Technology, Product, Operations and business leadership to align Data & AI investment with strategic priorities
• Use Data & AI to improve operational efficiency, decision-making and patient outcomes
• Establish operating models, governance and standards across Data & AI
• Ensure responsible and secure use of data within a highly regulated healthcare environment
• Develop senior leaders and build the organisational capability required for continued growth
• Shape the long-term roadmap for enterprise data platforms, analytics and AI capabilities
• Drive measurable business impact and ROI from Data & AI investmentWhat We’re Looking For
• Senior executive leadership experience across Data, Analytics and AI
• Proven track record of building and scaling large, high-performing Data & AI organisations
• Experience leading enterprise Data & AI transformation within a large, complex organisation
• Strong understanding of modern cloud data platforms, analytics and AI technologies
• Experience modernising enterprise data platforms and driving AI adoption at scale
• Strong understanding of data governance, security and responsible AI within regulated environments
• Track record of developing senior leaders and scaling organisational capability
• Ability to operate effectively across Technology, Product, Operations and business functions
