The company focuses on enabling data-informed decisions and measurable outcomes for its clients.Role Description The VP of Digital Transformation is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for defining and leading the organization’s digital transformation agenda, including the design and execution of strategic initiatives that leverage BEAMRA’s platform and related technologies. Day-to-day activities include assessing current business processes, identifying digital opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to implement transformation roadmaps. The VP will oversee key transformation projects, guide change management efforts, and ensure data-driven decision-making and performance tracking. The role also involves engaging with senior stakeholders, mentoring internal teams, and continuously evaluating emerging technologies and best practices to support long-term digital and business transformation goals.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Digital Transformation, with a track record of leading large-scale initiatives.Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action.Experience in Business Transformation, focusing on redesigning processes, operating models, and customer journeys.Background in Consulting, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders and drive consensus on strategic priorities.Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Experience working with AI-driven or technology platforms to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.Proven leadership skills, including team development, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Management, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.Prior experience in the Middle East region or similar markets is beneficial.
