VP Of IT

We’re Hiring: Vice President of IT-ON SITE We are seeking an experienced Vice President of IT to lead technology strategy, IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and AI initiatives for a growing organization.This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a technology executive who can align IT strategy with business objectives while building scalable, secure, and innovative technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization’s overall IT strategy and technology roadmapLead IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and enterprise systemsDevelop and implement AI strategy and identify opportunities to leverage AI across the organizationEvaluate and deploy AI tools, platforms, and automation to improve business efficiencyLead digital transformation and technology modernization initiativesBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing IT teamPartner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goalsOversee IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and technology investmentsStrengthen cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuityEstablish IT policies, processes, governance, and technology best practicesLead major technology projects and organizational changeEvaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

Proven senior-level IT leadership experienceExperience leading IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and operationsDemonstrated experience implementing, managing, or strategically utilizing AI technologiesUnderstanding of AI tools, automation, machine learning, generative AI, and emerging technology trendsExperience identifying practical AI use cases and driving adoption across an organizationStrong experience managing and developing IT teamsExperience managing technology budgets and vendor relationshipsStrong business acumen and executive-level communication skillsAbility to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when necessaryExperience in a growing, complex, or fast-paced organization preferred
