In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, aggregate, clean, and analyze data from multiple disparate sources.Lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing, globally distributed team.Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.Develop, automate, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards.Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications:Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.Strong statistical knowledge and experience with Python or R for data analysis.Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data manipulation.Extensive experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).What You’ll Bring:An intrinsic passion for continuous learning, upskilling, and rapid adaptation.The proven ability to thrive and drive results in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting.An unwavering commitment to operational quality, accuracy, and overall excellence.
