VP of Operations (Ophthalmology Experience Required)

Novaris Search are currently partnered with an established Ophthalmology group, seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee the Southwest region. This role will require candidates to be based in or relocate to the region.

Key Responsibilities

Own regional financial and operational performance for 25+ Ophthalmic clinics & ASC's, driving delivery against growth, revenue, and efficiency targetsPartner with senior clinical and executive leaders to execute strategy and enhance provider engagement and outcomesCollaborate with the Medical team, fostering & strengthening physician alignment.Lead multi-site operations, improving performance, streamlining processes, and maintaining high-quality service deliveryBuild and scale leadership capability while supporting workforce planning and expansion initiatives

Requirements

3+ years Ophthalmology experience requiredMasters or Bachelors preferredExperience in Senior leadership or having accountability for a large P&L / volume of locations
