VP of Product, Tokenized DepositsFull-timeAbout DCMDCM Corp Limited builds interbank infrastructure for tokenized deposits in emerging markets. Our entry point is the payment itself: ISO 20022-native messaging with tokenized settlement, running alongside banks' existing core systems rather than replacing them. Our technology already runs a national interbank payment network in production. DCM is the exclusive implementation provider of tokenized deposit solutions for the ADI Foundation, the Abu Dhabi-based foundation backed by IHC, bringing these solutions to banks across MENA and sub-Saharan Africa.The roleYou will own the product: strategy, roadmap, and the way we implement it with banks. You will build and lead the product function, working closely with the leadership team.What you will doOwn the roadmap for our two products: Side-core, a layer that runs alongside a bank's core, and PMP (Payment Messaging Processing), an ISO 20022-native messaging and settlement platformWatch the market and shape where the product goes next: regulation, competing platforms, bank demand, and initiatives like CBDC and interbank ledger projectsDevelop the product line beyond current deployments (new capabilities, new deployment models, new markets) with a clear case for eachDecide what is standard product and what is customization, and hold that line with clientsDefine our standard implementation approach with banks, from first workshop to pilot to productionTurn what we learn at each client into product, with one prioritized backlog across all projectsWork with engineering and partners to deliver, and take responsibility for acceptanceWhat you bringTokenized money shipped to production (tokenized deposits, stablecoins or DLT-based settlement) in a regulated settingA product delivered to banks or payment operators as clients: workshops, scoping, pilot, production, security reviewsStrong command of payments infrastructure and ISO 20022A record of growing a product line: finding what the market needs next and shipping it, not only running an existing roadmap12+ years of experience, at least 5 leading products for B2B infrastructureExperience owning a product when engineering sits in another organizationComfortable acting as solution architect on early client projectsFluent English; based in the UAE or willing to travelNice to haveMENA or African market experience, ArabicFamiliarity with interbank ledger initiatives (Swift, regional networks) and EVM chainsProduct experience under SOC 2 or ISO 27001/27017/27018Public speaking or published work on tokenizationWhat we offerReal ownership of the product of a company bringing tokenized deposits to banks in new marketsA competitive package for a senior hireA seat in decisions about what we build and who we build it for.
