Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the RoleAs VP of Product for Platform, you will own the product strategy, the roadmap, and the customer outcome for AIXBI™ — the AI-native Data Intelligence Platform that carries SplashBI from Reporting to Analytics to Intelligence.This is a role for a product leader who is fluent in both data infrastructure and AI, who understands the Oracle-centric enterprise, and who is ready to define what "data intelligence" means in a market that is being reshaped by generative AI.What You Will DoStrategy and Vision
- Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for AIXBI™ — data foundation, semantic layer, pre-built content, analytics, and generative AI experiences.
- Own the Reporting → Analytics → Intelligence narrative externally and internally; make it real in the product.
- Define the AI product strategy: conversational analytics, agents, natural-language-to-data, embedded intelligence, and workflow automation grounded in enterprise data.
- Own competitive strategy against Oracle Analytics Cloud, OBIEE, Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Visier, One Model, and emerging AI-native entrants.
- Own pricing, packaging, and monetization for the platform in partnership with sales, marketing, and finance — including OCI Marketplace and Oracle-aligned go-to-market motions.Team and Craft
- Build and lead a team of senior product managers across data platform, AI, analytics, and application areas.
- Set the bar for product craft — customer discovery, PRDs, prioritization frameworks, launch quality, and outcome-based measurement.
- Build a data-informed product culture: telemetry, experimentation, and honest metrics.Customer and Market
- Spend real time in the field with CFOs, CHROs, VPs of People Analytics, VPs of Finance, and their teams. Turn what you hear into product decisions.
- Own the buyer story for both the on-premise Oracle EBS customer and the cloud-native HCM SaaS customer.
- Own product-market fit for new capabilities; drive adoption, retention, and net revenue retention.
- Represent the product at industry events, analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Ventana), and executive customer conversations.
- Partner with sales and customer success on strategic deals, expansion motions, and reference customers.Execution
- Partner with the VP of Engineering to ship on time, at quality, and in a rhythm the whole company can plan around.
- Own launch strategy in partnership with marketing — from early access to general availability.
- Set clear success metrics for every bet; kill what is not working; double down on what is.What You BringMust-have Experience
- 15+ years in product management with 7+ years leading PM teams; 3+ years as a VP, SVP, or Head of Product at a SaaS or platform company.
- Proven experience owning a data or analytics platform at enterprise scale — real customers, real ARR, real complexity.
- Direct experience shipping generative AI products in the enterprise — conversational interfaces, agents, RAG-based experiences, LLM-powered features — with real customer adoption, not just demos.
- Strong technical fluency. You can go deep with engineering on data architecture, query engines, embeddings, model choice, and evaluation.
- Track record of scaling a product from early ARR to $100M+, or launching a category-defining product from zero.
- Experience selling to and supporting Finance and HR buyers — CFO, Controller, CHRO, VP of People Analytics.
- Deep familiarity with the modern BI and data landscape — competitors, buyer personas, ecosystem partners, and analyst positioning.Strongly Preferred
- Deep familiarity with the Oracle ecosystem — Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle BI/Analytics.
- Experience with HCM SaaS analytics — Workday, UKG, Taleo, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors — or with HR/People Analytics vendors such as Visier or One Model.
- Prior operating experience at a BI, analytics, or data platform company — ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, MicroStrategy, Qlik, Alation, dbt Labs, or similar.
- Experience defining an AI-native product surface — copilots, agents, or natural-language interfaces — that customers actually use every day.
- Experience running a product organization out of India that supports a global customer base.How you Show Up
