قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJOB OBJECTIVE:To establish, implement and institutionalize the Asset Management operating model across a portfolio of more than 90 plus joint venture and international assets. The role is responsible for embedding a disciplined monthly performance review system, fostering a high-performance challenge culture, and driving sustainable value creation across the portfolio. The incumbent will serve as the organization's authority on portfolio performance management, capital efficiency, disciplined investment governance, and continuous value creation.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:1.Asset Performance Management & Governance•Establish and lead the monthly Asset Performance Review process across all portfolio entities.•Develop standardized performance scorecards and reporting frameworks.•Drive accountability through structured challenge sessions with business leaders.•Design, establish and chair the monthly Asset Performance Review process across all portfolio entities and accountability through standardized performance scorecards, RAG reporting, challenge forums and opportunity tracking.2. Portfolio Value Creation•Identify and execute value creation opportunities across existing assets.•Challenge CAPEX and OPEX expenditure to maximize shareholder returns.•Lead revenue enhancement, asset optimization and densification initiatives.•Lead enterprise-wide value creation initiatives by challenging operating costs, capital expenditure, asset utilization, operational efficiency, revenue optimization and asset densification opportunities across the existing portfolio.3. Operating Partner Improvement Programs•Monitor investment returns including ROCE, IRR, EBITDA and EBIT performance.•Lead structured 90-day performance improvement sprints with General Managers and leadership teams to accelerate operational improvements and sustainable performance enhancement.4.Portfolio Analytics & Capital Performance•Own enterprise portfolio analytics including benchmarking, portfolio performance reporting, ROCE, IRR, EBIT, EBITDA and capital allocation analysis to support strategic decision making.•Support Investment Committee decision making through objective analysis.•Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.•Provide strategic oversight of investment evaluations, business cases and post-investment reviewsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.Professional qualification in any field.Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, CIMA, PMP or equivalent are advantageous.Minimum Experience:12–18 years of progressive experience within infrastructure, utilities, energy, industrial or other capital-intensive industriesDemonstrated experience in portfolio management, asset management, value creation or enterprise performance transformation.Proven experience leading large-scale operational performance improvement initiatives.Strong investment appraisal and capital allocation experience.Experience within infrastructure funds, utilities, energy companies or leading management consulting firms is highly desirable.GCC experience preferred.
