Its services are shaped by listening to a global clientele and tailoring solutions to fit their specific requirements.Role Description The VRF Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioning systems. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings and specifications, conducting system diagnostics, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency of HVAC equipment. The role involves coordinating with project teams and clients, preparing service reports, and adhering to safety standards and company procedures at all times. The VRF Expert will also provide technical guidance to junior technicians, support system upgrades, and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality.Qualifications Strong technical expertise in VRF and HVAC systems, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and control system drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.Knowledge of relevant safety standards, local regulations, and best practices in facilities management and HVAC operations.Experience using diagnostic tools, measuring instruments, and basic computer applications for service reporting and documentation.Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients, supervisors, and multi-disciplinary site teams.Relevant technical qualification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field; industry certifications in VRF/HVAC are an advantage.Previous experience in facilities management or building services in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.Willingness to work on-site, respond to urgent service requests, and adapt to changing operational requirements.
