Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional and friendly food and beverage service to guests.Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set up.Follow the hotel's service standards and SOPs.Have good knowledge of the food and beverage menus and confidently explain items to guests.Check food quality, presentation, and accompaniments before serving.Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and immediately inform the supervisor when required.Maintain proper mise en place before and during service.Follow cash, bill, room service, and credit posting procedures correctly.Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and cleanliness.Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, events, and other F&B operations as required.Work effectively as part of the F&B team, especially during high-occupancy periods.RequirementsPrevious hotel or restaurant experience is an advantage.Good communication and guest-service skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Good grooming and professional appearance.Team player with attention to detail.
