Our talented, Michelin Starred Chef Patron Petros Dimas, alongside with a team of culinary experts will create the ultimate fine dining experience based on Greek creative cuisine.We are currently hiring for Athens, looking for a highly energetic and passionate Waiter B', joining our team at MAKRIS Athens by Domes.Waiter B'The Role:As a Waiter/Waitress B' at Domes Resorts, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will be serving food and beverages, ensuring a positive dining experience for Makris' guests.Some of the responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly mannerThank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visitAssist the Head Waiter/Waitress or the Waiter/Waitress A' in taking and delivering food and beverage ordersEnsure prompt and courteous service throughout the meal, attending to guests' needs and preferencesEnsure tables are set and cleared promptlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining areasAssist in maintaining stock levels of supplies and equipmentAdhere to all health and safety regulationsAssist the Head Waiter/Waitress or the Waiter/Waitress A' in providing and maintaining the service standards using friendly, courteous, and professional serviceRemoving dishes, glassware and cutlery from tablesCoordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beveragesRequirementsUseful to have:High School or vocational training in a similar field is preferredPrevious experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred but not requiredKnowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations will be considered as a plusConversational English level and familiarity with POS system is a plus as wellWhat you will bring:Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent planning and organizational skillsAbility to build relationships, internally and externally, within their department and between their department and the rest of the teamProactive way of managing and organizing with an eye to detailCommunication and interpersonal skills for better serviceBenefitsYou will benefit from:Competitive Remuneration PackageContinuous Training & Development opportunitiesFriendly Work environmentDomes Resorts is an equal opportunity Employer.
