They are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join their team.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and provide a professional dining experience.Present menus, explain menu items, and make food and beverage recommendations.Accurately take and process customer orders.Serve food and beverages according to fine dining service standards.Ensure tables are properly set before, during, and after service.Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests and concerns.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.Handle guest payments accurately using the POS system.Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the restaurant's service standards.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and food & beverage service standards.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Team player with strong attention to detail.
