The Waiter is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly. The Waiter handles guest inquiries, addresses concerns, and processes payments while following company service standards. This role also involves supporting team members during busy periods and promoting a positive and efficient work environment.Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and colleagues.Basic food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to learn menu items, ingredients, and recommendations for guests.Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tables, orders, and tasks efficiently.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, stand for extended periods, and carry trays or light loads safely.Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is preferred but not required; training can be provided.Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Basic numeracy and comfort with point-of-sale systems or cash handling.Fluency in English is preferred; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
