The space is designed to support mental clarity, community connection, and balance, offering healthy food, great coffee, and an inspiring atmosphere.Role Description The Waiter at Thirtyfour Restaurant is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates, responsible for leading front-of-house service in the café and restaurant areas. This role oversees table service, coordinates with the serving team, and ensures guests receive attentive, courteous, and efficient service at all times. The Head Waiter manages reservations, seating plans, and guest flow, collaborates with the kitchen and bar to ensure orders are accurate and timely, and supports daily opening and closing procedures. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring service staff, handling guest feedback, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and hospitality that reflect Thirtyfour's wellness-focused brand. The Head Waiter also helps promote menu items and special offerings, contributing to a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere.QualificationsStrong Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including menu knowledge and coordination with kitchen and bar teams.Background in Food Service, including table management, order taking, and service standards.Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and leading team members.Basic understanding of Cooking processes and kitchen workflows to support accurate order handling.Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Waiterr, or similar front-of-house leadership role.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; relevant certifications are an advantage.Proficiency in English; Eastern European, additional languages commonly spoken in the United Arab Emirates are an asset.What the company offerCompetitive Salary packageA Positive, Professional & Supportive Working EnvironmentAn opportunity for Career growthPrime location in the vibrant Dubai Marina
