Waiter

Petra Hotel Belgrade is looking for a Waiter to deliver warm, attentive and professional service while creating a personalised and memorable experience for every guest.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming and serving guests in a professional manner, in line with hotel standardsPreparing and organising the restaurant before, during and after serviceProviding recommendations on food, beverages and daily offeringsAnticipating guest needs and creating a warm, personalised and memorable experienceServing food and beverages to a high standard, with strong attention to detail and presentationCoordinating closely with the kitchen, bar and other members of the service teamMaintaining cleanliness, hygiene and high standards throughout the working environmentSupporting the team in the daily operations of the restaurant, bar and hotel eventWhat we are looking for:Previous experience as a waiter in a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality environmentExperience working with guests and a strong understanding of high-quality serviceExcellent communication skills and a professional mannerA friendly, responsible attitude and strong attention to detailThe ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environmentA willingness to learn and consistently follow service standardsGood command of EnglishIt would be an advantage if you:Have previous experience in luxury hospitality or premium restaurantsAre familiar with food and beverage service standardsHave knowledge of wine, cocktails or coffeeHave previous pre-opening experienceHave experience working with international guestsIf you are looking to join a dynamic, professional and detail-oriented team dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for every guest, this could be the right opportunity for you.As part of Petra Hotel Belgrade’s pre-opening team, you will have the opportunity to contribute from the very beginning and help shape the atmosphere, service standards and the way our guests experience Petra.
