They should be comfortable working in premium, fast-paced and high-volume environments, including nightlife-led venues with late operating hours.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, beverages and daily specials.Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.Recommend dishes and beverages according to guest preferences.Identify allergies and dietary requirements and communicate them clearly.Serve food and beverages according to the venue’s sequence of service.Monitor tables and respond promptly to guest requests.Upsell premium dishes, beverages and promotions appropriately.Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, runners and reception team during service.Maintain clean, organized and fully prepared tables and service stations.Support brunches, special events, nightlife activations and high-volume service.Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.Process bills and payments accurately.Follow grooming, hygiene, food-safety and brand-service standards.Ideal CandidateMinimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress.Previous experience in a luxury restaurant, fine-dining venue, beach club, lounge or nightclub.Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume and entertainment-led environments.Strong food and beverage knowledge.Confident guest-engagement and upselling skills.Experience serving VIP and international guests is advantageous.Strong English communication skills.Knowledge of an additional language would be an advantage.Polished appearance with excellent grooming and presentation.
