You will be responsible for ensuring every guest receives exceptional hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service.Duties & ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests warmly and create a positive first impressionPresent menus, explain dishes, beverages, and daily specials with confidence and make recommendations recommendations to enhance the guest experienceTake accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen teamServe food and beverages according to company service standardsEnsure tables are set, maintained, and cleared promptly throughout serviceAnticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized serviceHandle guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary to inchargesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all timesProcess bills and payments accuratelySupport colleagues and contribute to a positive team environmentFollow all food safety, hygiene, and operational proceduresBuild strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat visitsRequirements & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for hospitality and guest satisfactionAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to service excellenceRussian language is an advantageSend your CV to: careers@leto.groupOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
